BERTHOD Olivier

Olivier Berthod is an associate professor in the department of human resources and organizational behavior. He is also a member of the CEREFIGE research laboratory at the University of Lorraine, an affiliated member of the management department of the Freie Universität Berlin, and an affiliated professor of management and organization at the Jacobs University in Bremen.

He holds Masters degrees in management science from the Universities of Paris Dauphine and Linné (Växjö, Sweden) and received his PhD (rer. pol.) from the Freie Universität Berlin. His research focuses on organizational theory and organizational behavior, in particular problems of cooperation, communication and decision-making, especially in public and non-profit organizations.

His work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Journal of Management Inquiry, Public Management Review, Public Administration, and Organizational Research Methods.
