Laurent Botti is Senior Lecturer – HDR in Management Sciences at the IAE of Perpignan, University of Perpignan Via Domitia, CRESEM Laboratory (EA 7397). His main field of expertise is the measurement of tourism performance using Multi-Criteria Decision Support (MCDS) methods (ELECTRE, DEA, TOPSIS, AHP, PROMETHEE).
He is the pedagogical manager of the Master in Management of Destinations and Tourist Operators (MDOT) at the IAE of Perpignan (training labelled by the CFET).
He is a member of the steering committee of the pilOT project for the national federation ADN-Tourisme and produces in this sense the indicators of territorial touristicity (ITT). Author of numerous articles and books, he is a member of the editorial board of the international journal Current Issues in Tourism (CIT). Member of AFMAT since its creation, he is the treasurer since 2017.
